Chef de Cuisine Boomer Coates, Alumni of the Culinary Institute of America CIA, has introduced an array of delicious culinary creations to Retro Bistro’s winter menu for your enjoyment. He has worked with well known chefs like Michael De Maria, Christopher Gross, Reed Groban, Michael Hoobler and Razz. Boomer has also been the personal chef for Golf Celebrities like Billy Mayfair, Phil Mickelson, and the two-time winner of the Indy 500 Arie luyendyk. Boomer has also cooked for former Russian leader Mikhail Gorbachev and President Bill Clinton at the Vanderbilt Mansion back in 96.
